How to activate new sky sim, already have a sky sim, but it won't accept PAC code to keep same number?

You can't use a PAC code to move within the same network provider.

If you want to keep your current number on a Sky sim then just use the sim in your new device and don't activate the new one, if you have activated it then call Sky on 150 to ask them to cancel it.
