I finished all the step but my old number still not transfer to new number. It's emergency to need my old number to this sim card. Can someone help me about this. I got another sim and already changed my mine didn't

Your post isn't to clear as to what the issue is so are you saying the sim has been activated and your number has not transferred or can you not get the sim activated ?

My sim is active now but its a new number. I want my old number and still not changed its been 7 days. @caesarome

Was your old number on a different Sky sim or a different network ?

My old number was with different network. When i was trying to activate my sim I did give the PAC. I still didn't get any help from sky @caesarome

When did you give Sky the pac code you had from your old network as the number couldn't be transferred until the Sky sim had been activated.
