need help with dpd order tracking

so bassicly I returend a phone two years ago but sky has never received it, funny enough I tracked my emails and found it, I followed this DPD tracking number and it says someone called PRIDMORE recived it on the 7th of febuary 2024 I have not ordered anything since last year may so I am confused why It would say that. could someone possibly help me out, as I may Have found the lost phone that sky never recived.

You will need to take this up by calling Sky and giving them those tracking details.

150 is the free number to use from a Sky Mobile or Sky Talk phone otherwise under "Need more help ?" link at the bottom of the page on this link is the number to call Sky on:

Hi @Ryleyrys tracking numbers do get reused so the one you are following is probably not referring to a delivery of yours from more than two years ago.
