    <description>&lt;P&gt;I have received an email saying I can now upgrade my phone. I've logged in to upgrade, but when I press the upgrade button, it says my account is restricted, therefore not letting me upgrade. I'm all up to date with paying bills, so don't know why this is happening.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Sky send these message to all customer automatically when a new handset or flagship is due to be or is newly released. Usually you have to pay a cost to upgrade early (not available within 12mth) or you can upgrade earlier by sending the current handset back to offset the cost&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
