This is happening all the time, not able to receive or make calls, you have been working on this for over 2 weeks now saying problem with mast.

Masts are not owned or maintained by Sky so I'm afraid you and everyone else affected are relying on a third party to resolve.

Once the service is fully up and running again you could call Sky and ask for a goodwill credit on your account but Sky aren't obliged to offer one.

I've got up today with the same problem my whole house is on sky so we don't have a phone in the house

I had the same answer that they where working on a mast. My phone is not receiving calls and cant make them. also cant send or receive texts. This has been happening for about a month. Have been on virtual assistant and they put me through to someone else then was waiting for an expert. They suggested I look at upgrades etc. while I was waiting and then couldnt get back to chat that I was waiting for. Very annoyed and disappointed with this service. Cant even ring them as phone isnt working
