topic SIM card dropping signal in Sky Mobile

Recently switched to Sky Mobile and ordered two cards and kept mine and my wife's mobile number. My card works fine but my wife's keeps dropping it's Mobile signal and she has on occasions received the same text multiple times. I've tried requesting the set up information again entered 1111 code and received positive confirmation and cannot see any issues with device settings. I'm thinking it's a faulty SIM card but open to any suggestions.

It could be so have you ordered a replacement:

https://www.sky.com/productsettings/mobile/sim/x/replacement-sim

If you and your wife have your sims on the same account then make sure you order the correct one !
