Hi so I have sky protect and this covers my mobile, I would like to get my phone fixed although I use my phone for work and I'm self employed is there any way I can come into store and get my phone fixed rather than having to send it away and wait a week as I can't not have my phone due to work

If it is an issue that needs the phone to be sent away for repair then no matter what you do it will have to be sent off. Do you not have another unlocked phone you can put the Sky sim in for the time being ?

No I only have this phone but it needs fixed and I can't get it fixed because I can't not have this phone for work

Then you have two options, either busy a cheap unlocked phone to use or do nothing as I can't see any other way around this if you want it repaired,

The physical Sky Stores are essentially showcases for Sky television products and subscription services: they have no repair facilities or staff trained to do so at all.
