Hiya ordered a mobile this morning on my tracking it says 'in progress- Monday 1st July' does this mean they still doing checks or does this mean it will arrive tomorrow as it states estimated delivery tomorrow?? Im not fussed if doesnt arrive just worried that something is wrong

After the credit checks have been completed (these take longer if the order was placed over a weekend) the most up to date information on your particular order should become available at:
https://www.sky.com/help/articles/track-sky-order

When your order is ready you should get an email from Sky, and then another from the courier (usually DPD) which will have details of your 1 hour delivery time slot. We have no insight into the timescales.

Hiya Thankyou for replying that's what I'm trying to work out if the credit check gone through as all I'm getting is in progress when I track it and received a order confirmation email so I'm confused 🤣

I'm not sure that it would come tomorrow so I would check it again in the morning as you would think that it will have updated again by then.

I ordered mine on a Saturday and it was delivered on Tuesday so I'd imagine that it'll be despatched on Monday and delivered Tuesday providing all credit checks are ok
