Send me the mobile phone settings shouldn't be a hidden option

I simply want mobile settings because for reasons I don't know I can no longer send text messages though calls work . Why are settings hidden

This should be what you need to do:

Go to sky.com/networksettings (My Account > Mobile > Settings) and sign in with your Sky iD.
Select the mobile number or SIM name you're having trouble with.
Scroll to 'Resend network settings' and select Request settings.
Save the settings when your receive them and reboot your phone.

There's nearly 2 hours wasted I found it and was finally sent settings to install then got a text saying install failed and now I can't find where to request settings again . I guess it's easier to get a pac code

i guess they aren't going to fix settings install error then
