      <description>&lt;P&gt;Wanted to move from my old mobile provider to Sky. Got a new Sky SIM and had my PAC number ready.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;However, the Sky SI activation/PAC failed. The error is:&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Sorry, we can't activate your SIM at the moment&lt;/P&gt;&lt;DIV class=""&gt;&lt;P&gt;Please re-submit your SIM activation request and any requests to transfer your number and/or cancel services with your old provider.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;/DIV&gt;&lt;DIV class=""&gt;&lt;SPAN class=""&gt;Try again.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/DIV&gt;&lt;DIV class=""&gt;&lt;SPAN class=""&gt;Can someone advise on how to solve this? I will try for the next few hours if it keeps failing, I might consider another service provider.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/DIV&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;You are going to have to use another phone to call Sky to ask them to processe the sim activation and pac code.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;

&lt;P&gt;150 is the free number to use from a Sky Mobile or Sky Talk phone otherwise under "Need more help ?" link at the bottom of the page on this link is the number to call Sky on:&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;A href="https://www.sky.com/help/home" target="_blank"&gt;https://www.sky.com/help/home&lt;/A&gt;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;When you do call say nothing when the bot speaks to you about what your call is about as it should then route you to somebody.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
