My Dad has smashed his sky phone. He has got a replacement and has swapped sim cards to it. How do you copy the old phone to the new one completely as I have no idea?? Thanks

What is he wanting to copy as the obvious solution would be to back everything up on the smashed phone to the icloud and then use it again on the new phone.

Dad is in his 80s - I know nothing about Sky or tech so do not have a clue how to do any of this sorry.

Without knowing what sort of phone it is it's impossible to advise.

If it's an iPhone then it's automatic (the new phone will fire up a transfer wizard and you simply move the old phone near the new one).
