Misplaced pac code but they won't give me another

Hi All, Looking for your help. Having to leave sky mobile and I requested my pac code. Got it no bother but unfortunately, it looks like I deleted the text message before I had a chance to write the code down or even use it. Have tried a few times, to request another one online, just to be told, I already have it. Tried phoning and it's forever busy or I phone like, the now, and they are closed due to the time 🤔 doh......silly me!!!! If I was to get through, 9/10, the staff can't understand what I'm saying/asking so then I get really stressed/anxious and I don't want to loose my phone number as I've had it for the last 15 years at least. Dont remember pac code as sky sim would not allow sending or receive text this why I have moved to new suppler
