Just wanted to say thanks for the prompt reply, it's a shame they will not allow this as it's the same household albeit separate mobile contacts as they can configure the system to allow this but I will try the work around route by adding a sim to one of the accounts

I can't seem to find an answer to this question in chats so if anyone can please clarify - my wife is an existing sky mobile customer, I recently also took out a new sky mobile contract - how can we now link our accounts, in the main to share data?

As you two have different accounts then they can not be linked I'm afraid. If you both have a sim then the only way around this is for one of you to order a new sim on one of your accounts and perhaps cancel the other one or transfer it to a PAYG network then pay to this new sim.
