    <description>Hello, I'm currently in Cyprus and received a welcome text message when I arrived and was able to send texts to family etc. I don't have a spend cap on my account. My husband has an apple iPhone and I have a Samsung. We can't send texts to activate the roaming passport plus and I've followed the steps on the sky mobile help such as ensuring the data roaming is enabled and looking at the access point names. But I can't call or text. And cannot receive calls or texts. Unfortunately it's quite urgent as I'm trying to contact my Mom to let her know I've had to go to the medical centre whilst abroad. She has a sky mobile sim. My husband and I are having the same issue. Very frustrating. If anyone can help, or make suggestions that would be much appreciated. Thank you.</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi I arrived in Tenerife yesterday initially my IPhone 14 Pro connected to the Orange network out here but after a few hours it changed to no service with no warning. I don't have a second phone which I can use and this is the first time this has happened while I have been aboard in Europe. I have tried all the tips that are on the troubleshooting page. Can anyone please assist with this issue&lt;/P&gt;

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I have tried every single step that was shown to me online. I have changed all the settings everything is fine but my phone still says no signal. I have got signal for 2 minutes and I managed to send one text message in that time but I have not received the welcome message from sky. I do not know what else to do and I would like to have my mobile data working here for safety measures. I have had the exact same issue in Tenerife in 2023.       <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi. Is anyone else experiecing issues with roaming in dubai? It was find till yesterday. &lt;P&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;U&gt;Apple:&lt;/U&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Settings &amp;gt; Mobile Data &amp;gt; SIM Applications &amp;gt; Make sure this is set to Home.&lt;/P&gt;

&lt;P&gt;I arrived last week in Marmaris and everything worked fine I received my welcome text and the notice of the passport being set up, I had signal until approx 23:00 local time yesterday evening when the service dropped and it showed no service, I followed all the steps online however I still have No Service.&lt;/P&gt;
