No welcome text of signal and date since landing in Spain

Arrived in Spain yesterday, turned phone on and off and still no welcome text or signal. Tried everything on the help page. Please can someone help me get a contact email.

Try this depending on what device you have:

Apple:

Settings > Mobile Data > SIM Applications > Make sure this is set to Abroad

Android:
Sky Menu App or SIM toolkit > Roaming > Make sure this is set to Abroad.
