I have te entry been away to Spain, since returning none of my betting Apps ie sky bet, super 6, work, it's as if my phone still thinks I'm in Spain. Any ideas ???

Change SIM application setting from 'abroad' to 'home'.

Try this:

Apple::
Settings > Mobile Data > SIM Applications > Make sure this is set to Home.

Andriod:
Sky Menu App or SIM toolkit > Roaming > Make sure this is set to Home.
