    <description>&lt;P&gt;There are two options for you here:&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Either use another phone to call Sky and have them activate the sim for you.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;We can alert Sky's messaging team who will contact you via here tomorrow about the ID issue and not being able to get to the activation page.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Let us know what you prefer ?&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Ive got my physical sim and trying to activate it, everytime i go onto the site to activate it, it states i need to link my sky id, which i've already done and sends me back to the sim activation page.....thus sending me in a complete circle.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Is there a way to solve this issue?&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Yes i've linked it with my main id for sky, i tried the help assistant pop-up which only directs me back to the sim activation page which doesnt solve my issue&lt;/P&gt;</description>

&lt;P&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;A href="https://www.sky.com/help/home" target="_blank"&gt;https://www.sky.com/help/home&lt;/A&gt;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;When you do call say nothing when the bot speaks to you about what your call is about as it should then route you to somebody.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
