    <description>&lt;P&gt;Hello,&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Ordered a laptop last week and got it delivered at the weekend, but now wanted to change it for another model and started the return for the one I have. &amp;nbsp;I thought I'd hurry things along and order the replacement so it arrives soon and then just send the original back a day or so later but when ordering the replacement, via monthly payments, it said sorry we can't proceed with this but you can pay it outright. &amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I understand this may be a failed credit check but when doing some digging online I've seen it mentioned in two places now, here and a thread on HotUkDeals that Sky Mobile accounts are limited to one laptop and the same thing has happened to other customers. &amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;See here:&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;A href="https://helpforum.sky.com/t5/Sky-Mobile/Can-t-purchase-new-apple-laptop/td-p/4384046" target="_blank"&gt;https://helpforum.sky.com/t5/Sky-Mobile/Can-t-purchase-new-apple-laptop/td-p/4384046&lt;/A&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;"&lt;SPAN&gt;I have tried upgrading to have a second laptop on a family account only to fail the credit check, but the credit check did not search externally. &lt;P&gt;That could be due to failing the credit check for this replacement laptop after all why would it allow you to pay for it over right if there is a restriction in place. It could be due to the reasons as stated on that link that two credit checks are taking place in quick succession&amp;nbsp;for both devices.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Spoke to an advisor at Sky who went away and found the answer.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;It is true you can only have one laptop per Sky Mobile account. &amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
