Sky glass keeps malfunctioning

Hi, I have 2 sky glass tvs and a puck. I e never had a problem with my sky glass small or puck but since getting the sky glass medium I have had nothing but problems after problems....it freezes for hours to the point I cant turn it off and even at the mains it turns back on frozen, some days i cant even turn it without unplugging it for at least 30mins...it disconnects from the Internet when it feels like it!! Also having issues with the tv remote...it has to be pointed directly at the tv now and it doesn't always work and yes I have changed the batteries and reconnected the remote....ive been a sky glass customer about 5yrs now and its been the past 13months ive has issues....

Very similar issues but apparently nobody else is experiencing them, got to the stage I am going to cancel my direct debit and see how quickly Sky react then

Tried that myself and got cut off, I kicked off and then it worked for a few days but its started doing again!! Im also still waiting for the private chat.....im getting really annoyed with sky as its problems after problems recently.
