topic Paramount + in Sky Glass

Im new to sky glass. I previously had sky q & Ive had a paramount + account thru sky cinema (i think) .

Ive now tried to log into paramount+ via sky glass, paramount + recognises ive got an existing account but won't let me access it as payment has not been made!

Sky keep messaging me to activate paramount + which I cant ?

Im going around in circles

Hi @niniancentral

When you switch it cancels the marketplace subscription and you have to resubscribe. Try doing this from the my sky app or here: https://www.sky.com/activate-subscription/paramount?DCMP=stb-skycom-na_paramountplus_shorturl-uk

You already have an active plan.
You already have a Paramount+ account and an active plan associated with this email address. You won't be able to link the Paramount+ plan you have purchased through Sky UK until your pre-existing Paramount+ plan ends and you may be charged for both plans going forward. To avoid this, manage your plans where you bought them.
