    <description>&lt;P&gt;Thanks Peter, this is not the first time it's happened, I've been through a number o&amp;amp; options and settings with the online assistance now. I have reported it three times but it must have occurred over Fifteen times in three months. Being new to Sky it's not what I expected. Thanks for the suggestion&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;This is the third time that I have reported problems with the picture and sound freezing. &amp;nbsp;I'm getting a bit fed up with this issue. Whilst if I have time I will go through the motions to fix it when my wife is alone she cannot do it herself.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Welcome to the forum&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;We are all fellow customers on here like yourself&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Try&amp;nbsp; unplugging the tv from the mains for about 10 minutes .also if your&amp;nbsp; tv&amp;nbsp; is connected by&amp;nbsp; wifi Try connecting it with&amp;nbsp; an&amp;nbsp; ethernet cable it is more stable than WiFi.&amp;nbsp; Also open Netflix go to help in the app and&amp;nbsp; go to&amp;nbsp; check&amp;nbsp; my network, run that and see what&amp;nbsp; speed&amp;nbsp; your tv is getting.&amp;nbsp; Sky recommend&amp;nbsp; a minimum of 25mps for hd channels and 35mps for uhd channels. Also the more&amp;nbsp; devices&amp;nbsp; that you have connected to the Internet the weaker the signal is to each one.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
