Sky Glass Teething issues

Had Sky Glass for a week now and a little bit underwhelmed so far. Voice activation doesn't work, checked all settings and button on side of tv as active so should work.

Also when trying to stream Prime, we get a HDMI 1 not connected message when trying to view. Works fine on the puck, but not on the TV, any ideas?

Hi @John+Norris

The HDMI message sounds like it is trying to switch to a device. Do you have a fire stick plugged in to your glass? How are you trying to access prime? From the Apps & inputs rail?

Try going Settings > system management> resets & updates > restart and then try again.

If that doesn't work in the same menu try "Refreshing Apps". You can also reinstall individual apps from the same menu. So if the refresh doesn't work try reinstalling prime.

In terms of the voice issue. Please provide more details. Is it fair field "hello sky" commands, remote control commands or both?

We don't have a fire stick. We have plugged in a Wii to HDMI3 but still getting the message. The other issue is the "hello sky" commands, not the remote control.
