Can you read and work through the Sky help article below.

It may just need another pairing to your Glass TV.

If all mentioned there still does not work, at the end of the Sky help article is an online request form to get a replacement remote control.

In addition, the Community is predominantly made up of Sky customers helping other Sky customers. You aren’t actually talking to Sky by posting on here.

In the meantime there is an android / iOS sky remote app you can use to control the tv
