My tv has suddenly got coloured lines going down it on the left hand side and has a black bar across the bottom.

@Mam3 Try unplugging the TV set for 5 minutes then plug back in, does this reolve the issue?

No I've tried this. I've also done a reboot

@Mam3 We can ask the community messaging team to contact to see if they can help, however if the set is faulty you should be aware there was onoy a 2 year warranty with the TV.
