Activated subscription but unable to watch anything as it keeps asking for payment when it already included in sky package

Yes all activated etc but when sign in it's asking for payment

You have to ring sky and they will sort it out for I had to do the same thing you would think it would be simple fix but no you have to ring sky and discuss your plan with them and they will be able to sort it out , or have you tried linking your account when you first plugged anything and when straight to the app on the device because it should just link wants you have visited the website
