Unplug from the mains and give it a couple of minutes then power back up. If it returns you'll need to call Sky.

New to sky, got sky glass gen 2 tv and when installing I noticed the picture as soon as I started the tv on all channels was flickering. The full screen has a bright colour then dulls down slightly every 2 seconds consistently. I have done all the updates, I have rebooted several times, changed the background lighting etc but its still flckering. Its extremely annoying when watching a movie or especially football when majority of the time the screen is green with grass and its changing colour all the time. Sky said its a update issue that engineers are working on but im already thinking of cancelling within my cool down period.

Has anyone had similar issues or have I just got a dodgy tv?

Does it flicker in a part of the tv or does the full screen flicker?

My tv changes colour every 2-3 seconds, its constantly bright then dulls and so on.

I dont have an answer but i did contact sky and they originally blamed it on the WiFi that the engineer fitted 10mins earlier then said its a update issue that the engineers are working on. Its extremely annoying when watching football.

I done all the rebooting, updating apps software etc but nothing has changed it unfortunately.

I haven't experienced that on any of my TV's. I'm running on default settings. What software/firmware version are you running?

From what you've said I'm guessing you have turned off auto backlight, if not do that but if you have then there must be an issue with the backlight processing. You will need to call Sky to discuss options.

@Craigd85 & @Dermot22 if you are within your 31 day return period, use those days carefully to evaluate whether you want to keep or return the Glass.

As I often comment, while there are Glass customers whose sets work fine, it is your Glass that counts.
