&lt;P&gt;Have you checked that the Wifi speed is sufficient to your Glass TV?&amp;nbsp; Open Netflix on Sky Glass, go to Get Help, run connection test, what speed is being reported?&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;These issues can mosting be attibuted to poor wifi or insufficient speed&lt;/P&gt;</description>

If you are new to the forum then welcome to the Community which is predominantly made up of &lt;STRONG&gt;Sky customers helping other Sky customers &lt;/STRONG&gt;which includes additional help from customers who are Superusers like myself. &lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;/P&gt;
