      <description>&lt;P&gt;My sky glass is freezing all the time and also certain channels is saying cant play on this device. Really frslustrated as this is not yhe first time and the new router was supposed to have fixed this. Give me my.money back on.my monthly subscription as sky is down more than I watch it.&lt;/P&gt;

How is the tv&amp;nbsp; puck connected to the Internet.&amp;nbsp; An ethernet cable is more stable than WiFi&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Also sky&amp;nbsp; recommend&amp;nbsp; a minimum&amp;nbsp; of&amp;nbsp; 25mps to watch hd channels and 35mps to watch uhd channels ,&amp;nbsp; you&amp;nbsp; can&amp;nbsp; see&amp;nbsp; what&amp;nbsp; speed&amp;nbsp; your&amp;nbsp; tv/ puck&amp;nbsp; is&amp;nbsp; getting&amp;nbsp; by&amp;nbsp; opening the&amp;nbsp; Netflix app go&amp;nbsp; to help&amp;nbsp; opening that&amp;nbsp; and&amp;nbsp; running&amp;nbsp; check my network. Also the&amp;nbsp; more devices&amp;nbsp; that&amp;nbsp; you&amp;nbsp; have&amp;nbsp; connected&amp;nbsp; to&amp;nbsp; the&amp;nbsp; Internet&amp;nbsp; the&amp;nbsp; weaker&amp;nbsp; the&amp;nbsp; signal&amp;nbsp; is&amp;nbsp; to&amp;nbsp; each one&amp;nbsp; and things&amp;nbsp; like if you&amp;nbsp; live in an old house with brick interior walls&amp;nbsp; this can effect your wifi signal&amp;nbsp; to. You may need a booster for your wifi signal&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
