Avril61

Welcome to the forum

We are all fellow customers on here like yourself, you are not talking to sky

Have you checked what speed your tv is getting? You can do this by opening Netflix going to help opening that and running check my network . For hd channels you need a minimum of 25mps and for uhd channels you need a minimum of 35mps. If you can connect the tv with an ethernet cable it is more stable than WiFi also remember that the more devices that you have connected to the Internet the weaker the signal is to each one.also try unplugging the tv for about 10 minutes if none of them work then you will need to call sky
