Well, I've called customer service, viewed all of the Sky Glass instruction manuals (none of which are relevant to my TV-the base has two steel pins which lock into the TV and there's nothing similar in these manuals) and searched the internet, viewing many stunningly boring and unhelpful videos in the process. No solutions out there.

My next step will be to call the Sky technical team.

My TV arrived with no instructions. Stupidly, I put the stand legs into it before I attached them to the base. Is there any way of removing them?
