Turned on my sky glass today and there no tv guide on home page

Anyone else missing the tv guide on sky glass to actually watch channels? No tv guide - just apps.

I've sorted it - I've recently got a gen 2 glass but my gen 1 is still on the account. So because I don't have multi room the tv isn't working as the gen 1 is still the primary device. I'm not using the gen 1 and have unplugged it, so I need sky to take it off the account and make my gen 2 the primary. 👍

My Sky Glass Homescreen has changed again. TV guide has disappeared altogether, and I'm sure other rails have gone also.

Same for us. The guide is still available using voice search for TV Guide. Very annoying

You now have to go to Tv shows and move down about 3 pages and the guide is there, why have they done this .

Just turned on my SkyGlass tv to discover the list of tv programmes has completely disappeared. What I see if top shows then below that the playlist and then sport available but then no list of tv programmes. No BBC or ITV or anything. All gone. Just films , continue watching, etc. Have tried turning on and off again to no avail. Help.

It's been moved to TV shows and then go downwards and you can find it.

Mines missing but if you speak into remote and say tv guid it will come up

To find all channels on Home Screen I have to go to tv shows and then scroll down to all channels. Until this afternoon it was automatically on the home screen

Say tv guid into remote and it will come up

Sky glass not able to access tv channels via home button only by going on tv channel app today only

Thanks to people in this thread, we have been able to lcoate it - but given that it is our "go to" to find what we want to watch most times, making it less easily accessed is very annoying.

Already not a huge fan of the Sky Glass, I would say this is the "final straw" with it but TBH I'm already just waiting out the contract expiry so I can ditch it.

On the home page there is no longer tv guide trying to speak to someone is impossible and the tv is only a week old

Yep, came here to make the same complaint. It should take so many clicks of the remote to find the TV guide. I never found the tile on any sub menu, but thankfully managed to get it through the mic. This is nonsense, it's a fairly basic necessity that you can open it. Unless they repurpose one of the buttons on the remote control...

Was just thinking about where the hell is the TV guide.

i cannot wait to get rid of this system, worse thing i have ever brought!
