Good morning to you all. A simple question that somebody may be able to answer. I've had Rakuten TV for years now but I'm unable to find an extension for it on my Sky Glass TV. Is this a known issue, or am I missing something?

The Rakuten TV app isn't available on Sky Glass.

Sky Glass runs on a proprietary operating system and doesn't have an app store, so you can't install other apps and can only use the ones provided by Sky. If you want to use other apps your best bet is to use an Amazon Fire Stick or a Roku TV stick and plug into one of the HDMI ports of the Glass.
