Sky turns off randomly

Every time we watch sky on the tv it turns off randomly. We then need to turn it off at the switch at the wall then turn it back on and eventually it comes back. This has been happening as soon as we first got sky. It used to do this every couple of uses, now it's every time we watch. This morning it has happened 3 times already.

Is this on a Sky Glass TV? If it's been happening since you got it then you need to contact Sky for further troubleshooting and get the unit replaced. You're paying a LOT of money for this thing and if it's not working properly you should get one that does.

Remember that Sky Glass has a two year warranty - if you're paying for it on a four year loan agreement and something goes wrong with it after 2 years, you'll still need to continue paying for it, even if it doesn't work.
