Pin locking

Seems to be a recent issue, but when waking the sky puck up is states that any option is parentally locked and will be for ten minutes. To resolve issue we have to reset the box. Which would be fine but does appear to be happening two to three times a day.

Not understanding what you mean by the ten minutes message, unless you are entering your pin wrong.

The only option around that ten minutes that I am aware of is if you enter the pin incorrectly three times.

Blocked your PIN? For security reasons, if you enter the wrong PIN 3 times in a row, we’ll block it for 10 minutes. After the 10 minutes, try again. We won’t be able to unblock it any sooner.

Also, make sure you have not turned on options like daytime family settings on your parental control.

Hi thanks for your reply. That is the message but it occurs from standby prior to any pin entry. It is not a consistent issue, but does require the puck to be restarted.
