I want to talk about downgrading or recontracting at a better price, I used to be able to do this with live chat but now it's AI I work wierd hours so can't phone what are my options?

There is still a live chat option if you click on the options to cancel your TV package then click on the 'No I Still need help' option.

It's a messaging service so isn't 'live' but does save you having to hang on the phone.
