Lost all live chanels

All of the live streaming channels have disappeared from the home screen. All that is available are the streaming apps. Restarted the device and still same issue

Ok they are there but further down the home page. Why has it moved from the top?

Has any body else's sky stream menu changed it appears tv guide is missing, however on mine for some reason this has moved further down under apps and restart hasn't resolved

Mine is now under apps and loads of other options to right near the bottom

Sky Glass Homescreen Layout Change

Been using Sky Glass for about half a year now, and the biggest issue I have always had is with the Homescreen layout.

Today, it has been changed so that the top line is Games, something I never use, and the TV Guide, which I use all of the time, has been pushed down to line 10!

Also, the Currently Playing tab has been pushed up to 7 tabs to the right along the 2nd line, depending on how many Recent channels/apps it decides to show me.

Please could someone explain to me why this configuration makes any sense?

I have made a post about the homescreen being revised and background work is already underway. My home screen today is also all over the place.

the app rail is first

the playlist, best of sky etc is at the very bottom

tv guide halfway down

And on it goes

I suspect some people have received ongoing updates before full launch which is odd.

Moving Rails

This may have been like this for a while and I've not noticed, but the rail starting with playlist is now at the top, then continue watching, then latest news, then tv guide, then hayu is included, then watch now on your top channels, then games, then settings etc rail, then apps and inputs, the top 10 this week followed by others rails I'm not going to list. Is this normal and has it happened recently. Settings rail used to be much further down especially and the playlist rail was further down.

I've just made a similar post. I cant even find the currently playing tab now. My layout is different to yours.

Our Home Screen on Sky Stream has suddenly changed. The TV Guide (which we use a lot) hs slipped down the screen. Below Games, which we never use. What's going on?

Mine too. Exactly the same. TV guide - which we use a lot - now below Games - which we never use.

No wrning or information from Sky. Pretty shoddy customer service. As per.

Mine has totally changed and is now jumbled up. Trying to find everything is a right pain. Whynhas it changed, is there anything I can do? I've tirned TV off / on and no change. I want it back as it was

Sky are either making adjustments which should be behind the scenes or server issues or software issues.

Sky will no doubt resolve this it's a case of waiting as usual.

Sky Stream UI is terrible!!

I've only been a Sky customer for a few months and I've already had enough of this underpowered Sky puck! Today the UI has updated making it MORE DIFFICULT to find the TV guide, playlists and currently watching because they're now half way down the Home Screen! These should be at the top! I was struggling to go back to live tv before this update because there's no dedicated button which is so dumb and now this update has made it even worse!! Sky get your act together or you're gonna lose so many customers!!

Any idea why the sky stream menu layout has changed?

Mine now starts with Games, the TV guide, playlists etc are pages down now.

Tried refreshing apps and restarting machine but nothing changes.

Home Screen has become settings

Both my Sky Glass Air and Puck are now showing the Settings Screen when the green home button is pressed. I cannot view programs. All the usual resets do nothing to change this. What on earth is going on now? Clearly a software update has happened without being properly tested again. I am really getting close to the end of using these products. The reliability is so poor. Can Sky just not just make it work rather than trying to "improve" things? Sorry for the rant.

This is rubbish. The sky glass menu layout was fine. Now when you press home button it does not show last view channels anymore where they always are. Also, if you are now on a channel and hit rhe home button to check something, you can no longer just press back on to the channel you were watching, and you have to go all the way back to your tv guide and scroll to the channel you were watching to get it back.

There's no way this is working correctly. It just updated & my top bar is now games, I've not once clicked the games bar, no one has, ever. Next we have latest news, I actively avoid news channels & pretty much the internet because I decided I'd rather know the news, we don't even watch the news unless it's the 6 o'clock one if the wife's gone from work which is maybe once a fortnight. Next we have adverts for hayum a whole bar for hayu, something we'll never use. Then we have your top channels & nine of them we ever watch, like eden, national geographic, comedy central, then new to sky cinema, I watch maybe one movie a fortnight, then settings, then football adverts which I do watch but these are adverts, then top 10 this week which I don't care about, then recommendations for shows we might like, then best of sky, then action packed drama, then unmissable TV, then apps, then playlists, then TV guide at the very bottom.

It feels like it's actually upside down, everything we use is at the very bottom & things we never use are at the top.

Mine has changed since I came home from work and it is so bad. So bad that I would nearly cancel my subscription
