What the heck is the issue sky is pay hundreds of pounds a month and a new gen 2 60 inch sky glass don't work properly I've done the resets as per instructions but I don't pay my subscription for poor service Get it sorted sky

I have been having the same issue with my tv for the last few days. It works fine for ages and then all of a sudden the screen goes black but the sound is still there. This is happening on multiple channels and it's rather frustrating.

Sky - what's the issue??

I'm tiring of Sky. Poor WiFi signal now black screen TV. Should have stayed with Virgin. Absolutely rubbish service. Bot gives quick fixes but it doesn't last.

Turn on TV after a few minutes screen goes black and picture does not return

Issues yesterday with tv saying programme loading,. Tutrned off at wall pressed remote button and turned back on at wall

Seemed to work, then today, had to do the same, but not picture disappears leaving sound only and picture does not reappear

Obvious first question: Have you turned it off at the mains for a good 5 minutes before turning it on again? Clears many issues.

Sky TV Glass

Tv keeps having a blank screen and giving the error messages "technical error". This has been happening since yesterday afternoon and today.

I've tried all the solutions and it's still doing the same issue. Is anyone else's sky glass tv not working???

My tv channels won't load say there's a fault been happening since yesterday

My tv is working but the channels won't load. Just stays on a blank screen or says loading.

Problem starts with the top of the screen, "waiting to load", then screen goes completely black but the sound on the required station is still functioning. I pull the plug out, leave it for a couple of minutes, insert plug again. It works for a while, then it all happens again. This is now happening with greater frequency.

Mint too! Has been since last evening. At first assumed it was just my TV (has had issues with my last glass TV).
was told in the phone that it's known to them and they are trying to fix it.
I was also told not to keep on restarting it as can damage the software in the TV?
who know - I've other issues too (broadband). So am at my whitsend!
