Sky and Disney+ account link problems

I have today tried to login for the first time to my Disney+ included within Sky package (previously I used my sons login as he pays independently for Disney) - via laptop it shows my accounts are linked, via Glass it says I am subscribed but I am in a perpetual loop between the 8 digit code via the QR code scan which is not working, and one time passwords via email which is not working.

How do I move on????????

@PrincessPoppy it sounds as though you've linked your Disney account with Sky to your son's existing Disney account, rather than setting up a new Disney for yourself. The confirmation email etc will have gone to your son's email account.

I think you'll need to contact Disney to unlink it, enabling you to set it up again with the details you use to log in to Sky.

On my sky account email I didnt have a Disney subscription, I signed out of my sons to activate my sky/disney and it hasnt worked and I cant do anything with it now. Cannot logout againt to put his back on or anything. I have attempted via online activate using the laptop and it just tells me the accounts are linked 😞

@PrincessPoppy If you previously were logged in to your son's account on your Sky Glass it would have linked your son's disney + account with your Sky account. What you need to do is to contact Disney + support, ask them to unlink your son's account from your sky account and you will then be able to follow the activation process to link your disney + account with your Sky account.

A sky account can only be linked to one Disney + account and typically that will happen to the first account you log into on your Sky device.
