After making a complaint to EE they signed me up for a trial software on the Smart Hub which fixed the issue somewhat but it wasn't as stable as previously.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Following further high level complaint I was moved to their Pro kit (which apparently was being rolled out to all busiest home customers) and back to being solid again.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I would take what EE say with a pinch of salt.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;MikeAlanR&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I have exactly the same problem, at the moment. &amp;nbsp;Can stream perfectly on my Mac on BBC webpage but Sky just keeps dying - nothing to do with my internet connection.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
