Disney+ gone from sky billing

Has anyone else lost there Disney+ account with sky. I was charged full price from Disney+ but had it with sky glass since the offer started. No missed payment etc. It has just gone from my billing! No emails etc to say why.

Disney+ is now included with the Sky Ultimate pack, maybe that could be why it's no longer on your billing?

I have the ultimate pack. Had it for years. Had Disney+ since it was included then was taken off billing for no reason. Started a chat with someone but they never got back to me!
