Amazon prime programmes stuck on continue watching list

The last 4 weeks I have finished watching three different programmes on Amazon prime video through the app on my sky glass. I have watched each episode in the seasons from start to finish but they will not clear from my continue watching.

I have logged into Amazon prime video and cleared them from my continue watching list but they still won't come off of my sky glass continue watching list. I have done the app refresh through settings, a general restart and a full factory restart and they are still there. It is driving me insane.

Any suggestions would be amazing. Thank you!

I had the same issue, which annoyed me too. I don't watch that much on Prime Video and the only way they eventually left the continue watching rail was after I'd watched more tv from other channels and apps, which then populated the space on continue watching. (Took several weeks) I suspect though if you are a regular watcher of Prime Video content, this won't help at all. It was a known issue on here a few months ago. Looks like it still hasn't been fixed. It really is about time the viewer had more control over what stays on 'continue watching'

Thank you for your response. I watch the odd programme from amazon prime but isn't my go to. I always remembered how good the sky+ and sky Q boxes were, you could just delete things once you were finished and it was a godsend. Will just have to wait and see what happens. Thanks again!

Having the same issue, sky said it was because of the device and sent a new puck but still having the same issue. Sky get this fixed as it's frustrating

There have been numerous issues with Prime Video on the platform since it launched, and I can't recall any being fixed quickly.
