Hi, I have a disney+ account and have 5 users, so pay the extra, £14.99 I think.

When I try to log in on glass, it says all set up, but then takes me to the screen below.

Can anyone help please?

You should probably check exactly what you're paying £14.99 for. That's what Disney+ Premium costs and allows streaming on 4 devices at once within the same household.

Your photo suggests that your subscription is being used predominantly at another address as it's asking you to confirm that you are away from home, which I assume you aren't?

You can only have disney plus on a max of 4 screens i think you will find but please check

Disney plus perm with sky on four devices is only £9 amonth
