    <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;I've got sky glass 43" tv it has intermittently disconnected from the Wi-Fi, issues loading programs, channels. And then the subtitles randomly turn on. Picture quality also poor.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;i have done all the trouble shooting and checked service which say no issues.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;i think it's an issue with tv itself because WiFi appears fine and connecting to my and my husbands phones&lt;/P&gt;</description>
