Hello I have tried sorting out a moving home the app and the website isn't working any one can help me or point me in the right direction to do it Thank you

Sky Glass (where you posted) doesn't require a Home Move. Are you trying to book a move for Sky Broadband?

No just trying to sort out a home move am already with sky but want to change my address on it

Notifying Sky of a change of address for a Sky Glass subscription doesn't go through the Home Move process: that's for broadband (to cancel the service at the current address and activate a new circuit) and satellite television (to book installation or modification of the dish)
