topic Contacting Sky in Sky Glass

Hello,

I have an issue with my Sky Glass 55" (which I beleive is still in warranty) and I want to contact Sky about it. The problem is that I currently have a severe bilateral ear infection and cannot hear anything. I am going round in circles trying to find a different method of contact and I just cannot find one. I may be stupid, but I'd like to think it is because I am unwell and not thinking straight. Could anyone help?

For information: all Gen 2 sets are still in warranty, but only the final 8 months of Gen 1 sales will be covered (June 2024 - February 2025)
