Sky doesn't repair such things (realistically no-one does)

As @mikealanr indicates, they'll swap the unit out if it's within the two year warranty period: unfortunately most Gen 1 sets will now be outside this even if a four year loan repayment is still ongoing.

If that doesn't work and your TV is under warranty you will need to call sky and arrange a replacement.

If your TV is out of warranty you can obtain a repair from sky's repair partner service tech who can replace everything except the screen panel itself: https://www.sky.com/help/articles/sky-glass-tv-repairs

We are fellow customers here con the community.

MikeAlanR
