    <description>Yeah so my sky glass wouldn't turn on or update 3 week ago on a Sunday. They came on swapped the TV on the Tuesday and the new TV couldn't find my account, everyday phoning up, everyday doing resets and pressing this and that, got told we will send you a streaming box and continue to work behind the scenes fixing the issues, box didn't arrive, got told try it now it's been fixed, still not fixed, I ask for an engineer and all of a sudden nobody available to help in the area (friend works for sky few doors away) eventually they decide to swap this TV for another new one and it worked, just over 3 weeks with no TV whatsoever and they expect a full payment</description>

      <description>So I've recently had no TV service for 3 week and really slow fibre broadband but yet my predicted bill is still £130, surely they can't charge me for a service I'm not getting</description>

&lt;P&gt;Billing continues as normal, if you haven't reported any issues they won't know you're having them.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

&lt;P&gt;There is no automatic compensation for&amp;nbsp;&lt;EM&gt;slow broadband ,&amp;nbsp;&lt;/EM&gt;only for a full loss . There is no compensation at all for TV services other than a credit being applied to your Sky account after a fault has been fixed which woukd be a good will gesture.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
