I've had Sky Glass and a puck for two years with little problems. Most of what you describe is down to your broadband connection. Sky Glass/Stream needs a fast and stable broadband connection. If you can use an ethernet cable, try that. The best way to check is to open Netflix on your Glass TV, go to the help section and select check my network. This will give you the speed your TV is actually receiving.

Thanks for the reply, my internet speed is very good 155 mbs. Really odd how it would still struggle with this kind of connection / speed?

No that speed is fine. Is your router in the open, ie not in a cupboard? Are the pucks situated behind the TV ? Are you getting interference from neighbouring properties? Who is your isp? Is your TV located near or far from the router? There's so many variables that can make Glass/Stream a nightmare for some. If you can use an ethernet cable to connect to the TV that would help.
