First up, check the speed your tv is getting by opening the Netflix app, go to help help, then click on "check my connection". If the speed the tv receives is under 25mbps, then that is your issue.

There are many variables using Sky Glass on a wifi connection

Co channel interferance from neighbours, distance of Sky glass from router or booster, a large amount of devices connected in home

to the wifi and they're all competing for the same bandwidth.

There are many factors that cause problems.

Even though your not experiencing issues when using another device, Sky Glass needs a stable and quick connection to provide

uninterupted vision.

While many people have a good experience with wifi, the best solution is a hardwired connection via a network cable between both Sky glass and router or use powerline adapters

Glass doesn't have such support.

Sky does not loan boosters for Glass or Stream as it did for the Q platform.
