    <description>&lt;P&gt;On Sky Glass and Stream, there is just the the U app for any app based UKTV content.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Not aware on any other TV platform there are any more than one app for the UKTV channel content.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;The majority of content on Sky Glass and Stream for UKTV a channels, plays out as On demand within the Sky Stream/Glass &amp;nbsp;platform and does not play through the app.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;When you launch the app, are you getting any error messages when playing content?&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;See you have tried a an apps refresh, that can take up to 24 hours to fully complete.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Have you also tried a settings restart.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;You may also with your Sky Glass TV in standby, try a broadband router/hub restart.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
